Dr Tabitha Healey is an executive coach and former Medical Oncologist with deep, institutionally grounded experience guiding high performance individuals in high stakes environments. She brings a rare combination of clinical and leadership experience, systems thinking, and an evidence-based approach to wellbeing, performance and decision making in challenging environments. Her coaching supports leaders to strengthen self-awareness, manage pressure effectively, communicate with confidence, lead others with consistency and credibility all while practicing safely and sustainably.

Tabitha holds formal qualifications in Executive and Organisational coaching and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a Non-Executive Director and Board Member across health and governance organisations, bringing a strong understanding of leadership, risk and accountability at both individual and organisational levels.
