Dr Kate Gregorevic is the deputy director of Aged Care at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the head of service for the Trauma Older Persons’ Service and the chair of the Victorian state committee. Kate is a clinical lead for Safer Care Victoria, Victoria’s quality and safety experts in healthcare and is the clinical lead for Improving Care for Older People at Risk of Delirium, which is an improvement project with thirty-seven sites. Kate has a strong interest in implementation of new models of care and service improvement. She also has a PhD in  frailty and hospitalised older adults.
