Australian and New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine Annual Scientific Meeting (2026 ANZSGM).
On behalf of the Local Organising Committee, we are very excited to extend our invitation to you for the 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine (ANZSGM) from 24-26th June 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, in Adelaide.
Our theme for the conference, “Big Data, Deeper Wisdom, Better Care” offers a timely and powerful lens through which to examine the field of Geriatric Medicine, as the global population ages. The need for compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care for older adults has never been more critical. Big data provides unprecedented opportunities to analyse trends, predict outcomes, and tailor interventions to meet the complex needs of aging individuals. Yet, data alone is not enough. It must be interpreted through the deeper wisdom of clinical experience, interdisciplinary coordination, ethical reflection, and a profound understanding of what it means to provide truly better care.
