A/prof aaron boyce
Associate Professor Aaron Boyce is a Dermatologist based at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network and Clinical Dean of Medicine, for Adelaide University. His area of interest as a dermatologist lies in managing severe and complex medical dermatologic conditions, with a particular expertise in inflammatory skin disease.
Aaron trained as a dermatologist at various sites in South Australia, Victoria and in the United Kingdom and later completed additional post-graduate training at the St John’s Institute of Dermatology in London.
Since qualifying as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, Aaron has held VMO appointments at St Vincent’s Hospital and Monash Medical Centre, in Melbourne, and led the development of two new hospital-based dermatology services at Townsville University Hospital and at the Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospital.
As Clinical Dean for Adelaide University, Aaron is passionate about growing the future medical workforce for underserviced areas, in particular, Adelaide’s north.
