An attendee list will be supplied to all attendees including exhibitors and partners. If you do not wish to

Dietary and Special Requirements
Please note any dietary and special (i.e. mobility or sight) requirements when registering for the
conference. All dietary and special requirements will be forwarded to the venue.

The dress code throughout the conference is neat casual. The dress code for each function is indicated
in the function description on the Social Program page.
Unauthorised photography, audio taping, video recording, digital taping or any other form of duplication
is strictly prohibited in conference sessions.
The electrical supply is 240 volts, 50Hz. The connection for appliances is a flat 3-pin plug of unique
design. Most hotels provide 110 volt outlets for shavers.
The exhibition will be located in Sofi’s Lounge, at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins.
The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a broad-based ten percent tax included in the shelf price of most
Australian goods and services. The Tourist Refund Scheme allows international travellers to claim a GST refund (subject to certain conditions) on goods purchased in Australia. The refund only applies to
items worn or goods taken on board as hand luggage when leaving the country.

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal
insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the
Conference Organising Committee nor International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd covers
individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement
of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Conference Organising Committee and
International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other
losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Conference Organising Committee and International
Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property
occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual

Name Badges and Lanyards
Name badges will be issued when registering at the conference. For security purposes the conference
name badge must be worn at all times during the conference and social functions. Entry may be denied
if no name badge is displayed.

for your attendance at the conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated
